Request account deletion

To request deletion of your Elevate Golf account and associated personal data, email privacy@elevategolf.com, preferably from the email address linked to your account.

Include the account email and say that you want the account and associated personal data deleted. Do not send your password, payment card details or identity documents in the initial request.

We may need to verify that the request is yours. We will explain the handling of outstanding purchases and any specific records that must be retained for legal obligations or a justified legal claim.

For other privacy requests, use the same address. Clause 9 of the Privacy Policy sets out the seven-day wind-down, the 30-day erasure period and what is retained.
