1. Payment Processing
- All payments made on the Platform are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
- Elevate Golf does not store or have access to your full payment card information.
- Supported payment methods may include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and local alternatives, subject to availability in your region.
2. Currency and Pricing
- Prices are displayed in USD.
- You are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
- Elevate Golf reserves the right to adjust pricing, fees, and exchange rate handling at its sole discretion.
3. Billing and Taxes
- Where applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or other local taxes will be included in the total payment or shown at checkout.
- You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by your country of residence.
- A payment receipt will be issued upon successful transaction completion.
4. Subscriptions and Renewals
- Certain services on the Platform may be billed on a recurring subscription basis.
- By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing at the frequency stated (e.g. monthly or annually), until you cancel.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy

- Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:o The request is submitted within 30 days of the original transaction.
o The services paid for were not delivered due to a technical or platform-related error.
o No substantial use of the paid services has occurred (as determined by Elevate Golf).
o Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse, repeated refund requests, or use of the Platform in violation of our Terms.
6. Disputed Transactions
- If you believe an unauthorized or incorrect charge was made, please contact us at support@elevategolf.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
- Elevate Golf will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
7. Commission and Service Fees
- Elevate Golf may apply a service fee or commission to certain transactions on the Platform.
- Any applicable fee will be transparently shown during the checkout process.
- Coaches are responsible for reviewing and accepting any deductions or platform commissions applicable to their earnings.
8. Coach Payouts
- Coaches are paid through secure third-party payout systems such as PayPal, Stripe Connect, or bank transfers, subject to eligibility and verification.
- Payouts are made on a scheduled basis and may be subject to processing timeframes or platform thresholds.
- Coaches are responsible for reporting their earnings and complying with any tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
9. Payment Data Security
- Payment transactions are encrypted and securely handled via PCI-compliant third-party gateways.
- Elevate Golf does not collect or store sensitive payment credentials on its servers.
